All our products are shipped in odor-free bags/plain envelopes/boxes. The package is sealed twice with durable, odor-free bags and then sealed with tape to ensure no odor can be detected. While we ship orders the same day if placed before 5 p.m., delays may still occur, as the delivery process depends on the carrier and is beyond our control. If an item doesn’t arrive as expected, please email us and we will investigate and track the shipment for you.
